I’m Claudia - a body-centered coach, embodiment mentor for conscious women, Reiki practitioner and facilitator of women’s retreats and circles created to invite deep awareness, connection, and inner trust.
My work is rooted in the body - and woven with threads of psychology, spirituality, nervous system regulation, energy work, and feminine wisdom.
It’s not about fixing or forcing.
It’s about softening into your essence, reconnecting with your truth, and allowing your life to unfold from a place of inner wholeness.
For over a decade, I’ve been on my own path of healing, awakening, and integration - and it’s my greatest honor to walk alongside women who are ready to meet themselves on this level: in their softness and strength, their emotions and desires, their grounded presence and creative power.
